"FUN" WITH EGG TART

I think this was the 5th times I made egg tart.But this is the first time I post it on my blog.To learn the western dessert,I had choose to start with making egg tart because it is just ABC step.I still remember the first time I made egg tart,just for the mother's day celebration."Sifu" yee yiing taught me in her house.

Now, my next target is baking cream cheese cake.
